Ham Puffs ------

2 rolls of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Pack of Sandwich ham - cut into bit size pieces
3 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Chopped frozen Spinach (squeezed dry)
small diced onion
small can of cooked Mushrooms - finely diced
2 cup Shredded Cheese
2 tbl. Sour Cream
Crushed garlic clove - finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together, except for cresent rolls, let sit about 1/2 hour.
Roll out your cresent rolls, one pack at a time, and close back perforations already made. So you will just have a long rectangular cresent. Take a pizza cutter and cut them into 24 squares.  Place one cresent square in each tin. Take spoon full of filling and fill each cup even with top. Place uncovered in oven, bake on 425 for 15-20 min.

This recipe can be modified anyway you like... You can make Peperonni and cheese, cheeseburgers, turkey .... whatever you like. Same concept....
