Recently I been wanting to lose a bit of weight







Sad to say that for the first time in my life, I actually need to lose weight. This is coming from someone who every one called too skinny. Well a friend of mine told me about this program called "Lose It". Basically what you do is you create an account and you put in different info and it will give you how much calories you should have a day. You also have an option to be able to put in whatever exercises you may do. You can do it via the website or go on your apps on your smart phone and download the app for it.
